Payment plans are not available at this time.Refunds are available before the first sketch is completed. They are also available in the case of a missed deadline. Other than that, no refunds.Each commission comes with a deadline of 3 weeks from payment. If your commission is not delivered before the end of the 3 week period, you are entitled to either a 100% refund with no deliverables OR a 25% refund with deliverables. If the second option is chosen, a new 3 week deadline will be set.Rush fee commissions come with a 1 week deadline.I reserve the rights to use commissioned work for my own advertising and promotion. Revisions
A sketch will be sent for approval. Any revisions during the sketch process are free. If there are revisions, a new sketch will be sent after they are completed.The 3 week deadline period is PAUSED while sketches are pending acknowledgement from the commissioner.After the piece is completed, 1 free revision is available. After that, revisions are subject to a $10 revision fee.
